any mods?

i wanted to know if this game has mods? so far all i found is graphics mods but i dont care about them. is their a mod that makes Factions more agressive? cant tell you how many times i seen factions stand 10 feet from each other and not doing anyting. maybe a sandbox mod that would allow me to creat battles like in Fallout 4 and Skyrim.

Haven't seen any mods for this game yet. More recent Ubisoft games tend to be a bit hard to mod without tools provided by Ubisoft.

ubisoft doesn't want to release mod tools because there is a 100% chance random modders would make their games better. Instead they sit in their glass castle and try to think of ways to charge people for content. If this game were moddable then people would play it for too long and that would likely diminish the sales of future ubisoft titles.
