So opinion on breakpoint versus Wildlands these days?
Played breakpoint's few tests and was disappointed by the gear changes and such,But I am curious on how it has changed

I played the Breakpoint tests and they frankly sucked. The reason I hated them was because they were alpha-quality in terms of bugginess and overall "polished experience" despite having been two months away from launch. However, I tried the current version during the recent free weekend and was so pleasantly surprised to see that they had actually fixed the problems that I actually was compelled to purchase a copy.

More importantly, the writing is a lot more solid and candid (now even with some dialogue options); that of Wildlands has a very cheesy and superficial feel to it. The geography is also a lot more convincing, with tropical jungles that transition almost seamlessly into mountainous plains and sandy beaches on a geometrically-nonstandard island as opposed to the Minecraft-esque "Snow --> Desert --> Jungle and Farms" on a square map in Wildlands.

AI teammates are like the ones from Future Soldier, smart.
What do you mean? That they seem smart to you or that you can give them more complex commands? Is it the same basic AI commands as Wildlands?

She meant - we were discussing it yesterday, after some experimentation - that, their Behaviour to the commands given them matches the AI teammates from FS (Pepper, GhostLead, 30K),
The same applies to their Movements/or idling stances, especially with Vasily(sniper) (Pepper in FS).
Also about Vasily (the sniper) he remains always close to you, even, when the other two fellas down, he has your back just like Pepper (the sniper) does in FS.
The Command wheel options remains the same than in Wildlands. Unfortunately.
However, their response time and performance is very effective now. Exception when you play on Easy and Normal, and have injury system set to Off.
Another exception, with an unreliable/or weak internet connection the statement of good response time and effectiveness of the AI teammates is a negative.
Communication: communication language behaviour through the radio is also the same than what FS AI teammates spoken to your ears throughout the game. Plus there is some nice additions to it by now in BP.
AI mates VA: We were listening them so long that we believe Ubi reused Holt/Weaver/and 30K (from FS) (30K if you change Fury's gender to male)

Played some more to make up my opinion (Being honest,I respect the fact they added a 6 hour free trial)
Gotta agree with Dirty above,I do like those aspects a good deal

Side note : Accidently made fixit a american flag with his M4 shotgun (May had tried to make him stand out at first)

Some addtion to the 6hours trial:
If you got a friend he/she can send you friend pass via lobby and you can play infinite while in same party (your trial timer will freeze) and you've access for the full game. What's cool you're free to go wherever, do whatever on your own. You can share/not share your progress with your friend. You can pick up your own missions, while your friend is on something different. It's like you play single while still being in a party.
Sorry for my bad english.
thank you for one and your english wasn't bad

Bp is pretty much Wildlands now just more polished. Login and choose ''Immersion mode'' - it's a better version of Ghost Mode - then setup your Wildlands! Have fun. Coop is more advanced too. AI teammates are like the ones from Future Soldier, smart.

Wildlands is boring now.

Gameplay aside, is Breakpoint still completely riddled with microtransactions? As much as I'd love to jump into a more polished version of Wildlands, I'm not as keen to jump into another Ubisoft title chalkful of microtransactions, battlepass systems, and more. I'd love to have extensive customization like Wildlands just without the price tags.

Yes, BP has a Store same as WL has where are microtransactions for skins e.g echelon skins, or figures, weapons skins if what the base game has to offer not enough, or skell credit crates (ghost coins) same as in Wildlands.
The rest of the items when you hover over the mouse you'll read you can get this item by progressing in the game simple as that.
Within the game you've tons of clothings, weapons, knives, gadgets, vehicles and yadda yadda yadda long lists of items to choose from and customize the hell out of your ghost. You buy these with in-game currency which is scattered throughout the game world so you've to collect it. According to the story it's right. Haha

Downloaded BP again and it's still horrible. I mean like no buchons, vehicles are even worse than Wildlands, guns felt better in Wildlands, missions and mission desgin was way better in Wildlands, AI was better in Widlands, still no rebel support and the newly added team AI that should have been there at launch is even worse than Widlands lol, I mean like they're fine but genuintly should have been there at launch. The new immersion mode or whatever DOES remove tiers and stuff in weapons which I like, but they just removed the bar above enemies health. It feels like the bar is still there we just can't see it now. Customisation is also way worse than in Wildlands, we have like halve of all customisation in Wildlands, there is also no crossover DLC so I can't play with The Division outfits and weapons or Assassins Creed outfits and weapons like in Wildlands. Wildlands actually feels like there was soul put into it, BP doesn't. Breakpoint gets a 3/10 from me. And Wildlands a 8/10 IMHO.

Been messing about myself

Wolf AI (From UAV,aka move towards you while suppressing,However base wolves are FAR better) seems similar to beta still, but normal AI seems similar to wildlands minus the varaints (Such as breachers rushing your position, heavies doing a suppressive push and drones)

Teammates do things differently based on guns but have a few flaws (For some reason one at a two story ,failed to revive me heavily) (Side note ,They are stupid versus terminators however (They will attempt to clear around you to than revive, but due to how terms work,They can not)

Immersion mode turn enemy tags off, which turns off health bars for drones, intel carriers remain marked

Outcasts seem like rebels but harder to tell friend from foe ,they also will lose against non standard(excluding breachers and radio operators ,and of course bagmen) enemies, such as drones ; and are random in showing up (However when they do show up,They are a nice distraction ,very if you attempt to support them)

Also sam fisher and terminator crossovers from what I've seen

And to save best for last ; Customisation

I agree you get FAR less options (Sad the one toxic gasmask isn't in BP ,also sad gasmasks can no longer be worn with any hat or helmet from what I seen) and most camos at the start are a touch locked behind ingame skell credit store (skell credits = ones you get for free) and certain pvp achievements

Yeah but the crossover events are events and weren't what I meant. I meant crossover micro DLC, like in Wildlands where you could buy outfits and guns from other games with uPlay coins. I also dunno what you meant with the outcast stuff, rebel support is gone. With rebel support I meant being able to call in diversions, bombings, cars, etc. There is no defending this game lol. The game in itself is a 6/10 but as a Wildlands sequal it's a 4/10.

lol Polished? break point is a disaster, every update they push out is broken atleast on PC, the new AI team mates are worse than wildlands, the Multiplayer on PC is broken, your PVP stats don't get saved, its still the boring 4 vs 4 matches, Break Point is so bad the CEO of Ubisoft had to make a statement regarding breakpoint stating it was an utter failure. you're better off playing Wildlands until Ubisoft gets their act together for the new Ghost Recon title because BreakPoint aint it.

Wildlands is miles. If it had BP's optimization (Vulkan) and less lootbox gated stuff (weapons especially), it would be perfect. While BP has some cool things like food buffs, dirt camo and craft, it has a hell load of bad things. Main story is incoherent garbage, 99% of side quests are horrible, dialogs are meaningless nonsense, characters are dummies. Setting is ♥♥♥♥ - drones are boring and annoying to fight. Gunsmith and customization are degraded (those Pmags on vest when using AK or Mk17 are beyond irritating). Weapon balance is ♥♥♥♥. AI is dumb, but knows exactly where you are, making stealth obsolete. Class system sucks. It also has a ♥♥♥♥...no... SH1T ton of bugs. Quest bugs, sound/interface glitches, items/models stuck or fall through the textures... Can't remember a single bug in WL for almost 60 hours. Can bet 1000$ I would run in 3-5 in half an hour in BP. Face animations... don't even get me started. I haven't tried the raid, non-immersive mode or PvP, but in terms of PvE, it's not even funny how bad BP is compared to WL. They try to improve, but gunsmith is still poor, AI-teammates are effective (mb a bit too much), yet empty on lore side (who TF they are rly? how do they come in?...). Local guerillas are also annoying and useless. That's it for me.
