Intel Mission, interrogation and hack a laptop BUG

It's either the HUD or you already got all intel for the region, I believe.

I ran into that early in the game. The HUD will pop up offering you 3 choices of intel to gather. Select 1, 2 or 3 ( if it's undiscovered and depending on your need ).

Yes, have you turned off that option in the HUD settings? Did you change your HUD preset to "No HUD" or "Low HUD"? What are you missing from the region? Is it possible you have all intel?

You did not turn the HUD off by chance did you? You have the option to turn off the intel information wheel in the HUD options. I am not really sure why, but you can.

Just a thought.
