Hey how much actually is the file to download ? They say the game is 40 gb but is the dl compressed and if yes what is the size of the dl file ?

A rough guide -

Base game: 57GB
Base game + all DLCs: 83.7GB

thx it means that I will have to download at least 57 Gb ? the download file of the game isn't compressed ?

Hey! Oh sorry, I realise I didn't fully answer your question.

From the answers I have found in Steam Community I believe those are the full, uncompressed sizes. I expect the Steam download to be smaller than that as the Steam Store compresses things quite well.

If you already own the game you could start the installation process, and it will explain the download sizes before you start the download :)
