what games are like Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon® Wildlands

Are there ANY games like Wildlands out there?

Any game made by Ubisoft is going to look and feel roughly the same as Wildlands did. Farcry 5 is a good game if you haven't tried it. It offers a lot of the same mechanics but in my opinion isn't as fleshed out as Wildlands.

MGSV... But there's more emphasis on stealth/solo action vs squad tactics...

Well, you might want to try Ghost Recon Breakpoint now that Immersion Mode is out, seems like many of the flaws that were pointed out when the game was released are now "fixed".

I haven't played it but it definitely looks like it can be enjoyable now.

Another suggestion I might add if you're not against older games is to play Mercenaries : Playground of Destruction and/or Mercenaries 2 : World in Flames.

They are like forebears to Wildlands and MGS V.

It's a lot better now with the immersion mode. You have the ghost mode there and there is an option to turn off gear loot (at least gunwise afaik)

And few other details, but the immersion and gear loot being the most noticeable imo

The feature I disliked more was having the guns like rpg mode

Only the Just Cause series is available on Steam out of all games that I listed:

The first Mercenaries game is nowhere to be found on any modern pc gaming platform I believe.

Also, Ghost Recon: Breakpoint kind-of works now thanks to Vulcan API and Immersive Mode (the game can be now played as a tac-shooter and not a loot-shooter thanks to that).
Old Insurgency if you're fine with FPP-only.
Ground Branch (made by ORIGINAL GR developer) is shaping up to be what you want, but FPP.
