Question about Ricky Sandoval (SPOILERS!)

I recently took out the last bosses of the cartel, because I did that, the Ricky Sandoval missions were available. I played them both. When I got hands on the confession-tape, the team called Bowman, she said she needed time to think. Is she ever going to call the player back regarding the tape of Ricky Sandoval? Do I have to take out Sueño first? Is it in one of the DLC's, or is this the last thing we will hear from Karen Bowman talking about Ricky Sandoval?

I waited like 1 hour but nothing happened, so I went to El Sueno mission.

Okay, did you get anything when you completed it? Probably not, you would've told so, but maybe?

Its just a voice line bowman says at end. There is nothing extra to that.

Wow... that's kinda dissapointing. Oh well, everything else about the game is awesome! :D
