Why are its stats so bad in game? For an optic with 2.5x and 3.5x magnification, it add less accuracy than the Russian red dot and is absolutely stomped by the PK-AS which has no zoom either.

For that matter the PK-AS is nearly just as good as the ACOG which blows my mind as well.
