Which to buy? Gold Year 2 vs. Ultimate Edition Year 2

$28 (Gold) vs $42 (ultimate)
For a new player, which one is better?
In other words, which version would give me the most 'value' (bang for my buck)?

So if you want the game and all its dlcs and instant access to 12 Ghost War (PVP) classes you better of buying Ultimate year 2 edition (this edition includes Base game, Season Pass year 1, Year 2 Pass and a few other goodies Deluxe bonus and a start pack.
