destabilization, does it change anything?
so i have 100% security destabilization. but i was wondering does it affect gameplay? like is there less unidad or patrols now? etc.

I tried that as well, i took down the security branch in hopes it would slow down Unidad respawns, it didn't lol.

Patrols are fixed via the difficulty of each individual region. The fewer the skull icons, the less often you'll see patrols and vice versa. Tier 1 mode alters it a bit in that when you do see a patrol there's usually more than one in the same area. At the highest levels it's not uncommon to see two or three unidad patrols roaming together.
