secret mission?

So i play ib xb, and im trying to get the mission master achievment, (complete all missions) and my achievment tracker says its 99% complete, and i have killed all the bosses of the cartel including el sueno, and it says every mission is complete when i zoomed out in the map to see all the bosses. any suggestions would help, thanks.

have u done the predator one and the one with sam fisher?
and u also have to pick up the phone which appears when u take out 2 of the 4 cartel things

ive done the predator and sam fisher missions, but not something about a phone #. may have done that but idk

if you have already beaten El Sueño then it's pretty possible you did that one too. Not sure if you can ignore/skip it though.

have you found all sandoval secret files? there are some kingslayer files that are not marked on the map
