Bought Season Pass - No access to DLCs (Narco Road & Fallen Ghosts)

As title says, I bought the Season Pass (including Fallen Ghosts and Narco Road) from greenmangaming this day.
It seems that I don't have access to any of the two DLCs, although I unlocked all the cosmetics that come with the SP ingame. When entering the ingame store, it says that I own both Narco and Fallen Ghosts.

Can anybody help with this issue?

Yeah ,another one, you screwed !
You got Uplay key for Steam game, witch is not compatible with the main game.
That does not work due Steam DRM system.

Only option now for you, is to buy season pass again but from Steam.

That is what you get to try get cheaper season pass, especially when you got main game on Steam.

And lastly, Ubisoft support will not help you, as you got the key from other retailer.
If you got it from ubi store, you would be able to refund it, in you case not possible as GMG don't accept refunds.

If that's the case, then why is there no big yellow warning sign in the uplay store?
I double checked if there were any restrictions mentioned on the ubisoft store page. There are none!
Also, what's wrong in getting games cheaper? Why should I pay 40€ when I get the exact same product for ~11€?

I expect there is another solution than buying the season pass on steam or buying the main game on uplay... I'll ask ubi support. Hope this gets fixed soon.

Ubi support will tell same thing.
There is plenty threads like yours in Ubisoft games, just go and see for your self, the answer is just what I told you.

Because if you open uplay from steam the store is disabled. Why? For this reason not need a big yellow sign because not know you already have it on steam if you open uplay manually.

Plus the key is always cheaper.Next time wait a discount on steam is better :) only few more euro.Not need buyng at full price the games.You compare full price with discounted keys.



Edit: In real the discount is only few more euro than a key sites.

Plus i have more guaranteee to buyng on main platform instead of key sites.Specially for support.
