How do I get crates?

other than buying them, can you earn them and how?

doing the daily challenges. when complete 15 tasks per week u get a spec op crate

those challenges are fast. check it in menu, or press L or K, not sure what key is



also u have prestige credits. is another currency. u earn in playing. spend it buying prestige crates. if get a duplicate, u get some credits to buy more spec ops or ghost war crates

every 20 prestige crates open, u get for free another spec ops or ghost war crates

prestige credits. leveling in tier mode. that reward is once per account. u dont get prestige when leveling another char

doing the daily challenges

playing ghost war, not sure if doing some tasks


guerrilla mode

ghost mode. beating bosses and lvling tier mode, those rewards is once per acc. so u can lvl tier mode in campaign and in ghost mode

maybe missing another way. but, basically play tier mode in campaign and do daily challenges

Oh ok cause i've played through the campaign and got those credits but didn't know about the other ways thank you.

I got all spec ops item for free by litterally doing challenges and those points alone, not buying even one

so yeah, what they said is correct

I leveled a char to Tier47, then two more, one of them to 45, then reset my first char. Does this mean I won't get any more Prestige Points?!

No, you'll start gaining prestige credits from next tier level, in this case lvl 44 and beyond. You can only get prestige points once for each level, campaign and ghost mode are separate, getting Tier 01 in both modes earns you +100 crates.
