They want it on uplay only to get all money. With epic they get 92%, with uplay 100% and steam 70% per sold copy thats why. They know people hate epic games so they take exclusivity money and boosted sales on uplay.

I don't think you understand my point.

We're forced to usa Uplay regardless of where we buy our Ubisoft games. If we have to use it one way or another, how is not buying through Uplay a good deal? If we had the option to use it or not after buying on Steam or Epic, then sure. But that's unfortunately not the case.

So that's honestly the way to go whether you like Uplay or not. Most people here don't like Uplay but we still have to use it anyway, so there's that.

However you see it, if we have the option to buy it on Steam, we WILL buy it on steam. Is like having a console. Lets be honest, we only buy exclusives if we have a PC where we have waaaaay more options to play it better. So it's the same, Uplay is more like a console, if is not on Steam, you go and buy it there, but if is here, hell you just buy it here, because Steam is our plataform, and is not gonna change for many of us.

Ubisoft is way more profitable from Epic as most players will just buy it directly from Uplay and Ubi then gets the full price no 30% cut for Steam and not even the 12% for Epic
