Blinded by the light
Anyone else have an issue with sunrise/sunset lighting going through walls and mountains to shine off of floors and nearly blinding you? Seriously this is starting to piss me off. It was annoying at first, but now. . . Doing the second solo mission for 5-29-2019 and inside the "bank vault". Sunrise is going on and the light from the sun is reflecting OFF THE FLOORS INSIDE THE BUILDING WITH NO WINDOWS. It's so brightly reflects off the dirty concrete floor I'm being blinded. I've had this same issue pop up inside the mines/caves while going after Carl Bookhart, and again while inside the underground Unidad train yard for Operation Oracle.

What the hell is going on?

Am I the only person with this bug?

????

no it happens to me too very rarely.
Happens to me sometimes too. Caves and tunnels are sometimes a bit too bright.
No. Using GTX 1080.
Perhaps a glitch with the new RTX series (20xx) cards ray-tracing?
It's been like that since open beta, there's no fix for it and I highly doubt that it gets fixed. Some specific caves or tunnels are even more messed up, if there are lights that are connected to the generator and you disable it.

Not to mention shooting out the lights: sometimes a magical surrounding aura of light remains. Am I the only one that does that?
The way I was able to deal with this problem was just tweaking the brightness, gamma and contrast under video options.
