it just make detection much slower
All the camo is in the section of either clothing, outfits, or backpacks; under "appearance." All these items are purely cosmetic, and doesn't affect gameplay except the obvious effects to PvP. You might as well be naked, I don't think it makes any difference. You'd think they would've added Kevlar suits that helped reduce bullet damage, but not as far as I have discovered and I am Tier 28.
FS Optical camo makes sense after you reach Tier 8 - 1
you can look at this pack in the multiplayer store (if that has not changed) since the multiplayer has its own recommended packs and the predator pack is always available there (again if that has not changed) or you can look into the daily changing section of the ingame store every day until the pack is offered there again.
that is if you want to spend real money for it.
EDIT: i just took a look and the predator pack is still in the recommended section of the ghost war ingame store in case you want it.

However, farming? Unfortunately, there's no "known" method of one. At-lease to my knowledge. Regardless, if there is...most likely it won't be a easy method. - Best of luck!
