What an effort to compare different games as if they were the same
(AT BEST) experience that Modern Warfare easily won my money.
Also, I'm still p!ssed at Ubisoft at how they ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up Wildlands with last patch.
Breakpoint isn't really hardcore, it can't make up it's mind what it's supposed to be.
Somehow the anim delays \ scheme makes the game clunkier than Wildlands...
...and that's bad.
That was in beta, of course they'll refine it make it smoother
I know breakpoint isn't hardcore but niether is COD
I thing is, I don't like cod gamplay style too arcade, just point and shoot.
Unlike r6 or ghost recon wheee u need to use tactics
Tell me what would you choose, if u had a choice
Also played too many Ubisoft games to know that they struggle to not ♥♥♥♥ up their stuff.
Then buy ArmA, ffs - you just missed a great birthday sale.
As for bugs and defects in Breakpoint - wait for open beta next week, if its team is anything like The Divsision 2 team - you'll be surprised by amount of improvements.
- Sh!tty missions with ultra-lazy designs, with idiotic storylines. These are trash and not engaging by any means, TD2 is less dull and more engaging than Breakpoint... and that's REAL bad;
- Generic, empty and super-boring environment that has nothing on empty ArmA 3 theatre, let alone beautiful and living BOLIVIA from GR Wildlands; The setting doesn't make much sense;
- Idiotic, dull, awful and non-belivable characters and dialogue;
- You can't "bivouac where you want to" unlike first advertised;
- Animation quality is disputable;
- Awful performance on decent rigs;
- There's no foot patrols on the island, just clutter of static enemies fixing another f...g set of bikes; Every 100 meters there's some idiots harassing civs, fixing sh!t, or just guarding some grass;
- Casualized to the ground throughout betas, no more class-specific weaponry, no more hardcore wound system, you don't feel "hunted" anymore, it's once again a stroll through the park;
- Ubisoft thinks GR fans love and want more big-ass drone tanks fights: that was one of the highlights of their tests and betas, providing more behemoth fights like any GR player cares;
- Clunky, non- or badly- responsive control scheme in some parts;
- Trash flying "physics", mechanics, model;
- Weapons stat pages are trash, half of UI could use a rework, it's Siege-level bad;
- Cover system is still trash, still no proper blind-fire.
These aren't things that will get ironed out before hitting store shelves. They ruined something with great premise and potential. I suspect the game will have little interesting content as well, given their focus and dedication to make it even ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ version of The Division 3.
Sound issues, bugs, desyncs, sure, sh!t like that will be fixed, but the game is still way too bad for the price tag. It's barely interesting compared to GR Wildlands.
Well, play it in extreme, and with no enemy marks or any HUD at all and you will get a hardcore and immersive campaign. This is how I played Wildlands and as I understand that a GR game must be played. No way COD can offer this imho
Cod will be a nice shooter and will be "quicker action"
Breakpoint will be my coop, stealth/sniping game that i wanna play without getting competetive like cod for example.
COD, from my experience is an extremely PVP oriented game, despite promising a new campaign for the new MW. I tried Black ops 4, BO3, Infiity warfare etc and they all sucked so from what i know f*ck COD
r6 is competitive, insugency is competitive, even battlefield 4 was competitive but not cod, its childs play
