Are Other Open World Games Like This?
Wildlands is my 1st open world type game.

Are other open world games like this where you'd go to an area of the map and farm collectibles and some objectives then move on to the next area?

I would think GTA would be like this (never played GTA), but more pimp and less military. Is that a correct assumption?

What other games are similar to this?

Ubisoft makes games like this. The upcoming Assassin's Creed Origins looks like it has a similar sandbox style, and I am buying it because of that. The Far Cry series also does. Wildlands is really kind of unique in just how many different ways you can approach objectives, though.

Edit: Also Metal Gear Solid V, from what I have seen that game gives you an insane amount of freedom, maybe even moreso than Wildlands.

The Crew is a nice open-world game, but the latest updates to it are kind of meh

Also that is not true, on your profile it says;
"Last Game Completed: Tom Clancy's The Division (PC) 10-8-17"!
So its your 2nd open world type game!

Haven't played a lot of Wildlands to say if it's ♥♥♥♥♥♥ or not, but I didn't like what I played... the best ones in my opinion would be Metal Gear Solid V & The Witcher 3. Honorable mention to Far Cry. :Thunder_Girl_3:

Any Far Cry (FC2 being the best and most immersive, in my opinion, but everyone else likes 3).
Witcher 3 (one of the greatest games ever made)
Any Grand Theft Auto after 3 (do yourself a favor and just get 5)
Metal Gear Solid 5
Assassin's Creed (especially those after the first title)
STALKER (all of them are worth playing)
Elder Scrolls (especially Morrowind and Skyrim)
Just Cause (all of them)
Any Saints Row title
Sleeping Dogs (everyone should play this at some point)
Fallout 3 and 4
Any of the Mafia titles
Mad Max
Bully
Watchdogs
Borderlands

Its ubisoft game, so they use a simple ubisoft openworld formula:

1. Unlock area by going there, and do something
2. Unlock items by findi it on difficult place
3. Each areas have each own missions
4. Each areas have each own difficulties

if you love these kind of open world game

- Assassin creed Syndcate, AC Black Flag
- Far Cry 3, 4, Primal

I can't give you Skyrim, Fallout 4, GTA 5, because they are different kind of open world than this game

I've been playing Shadow of War for 3 days and I honestly completely forgot it existed by the time I got home from work today.

Not that it's a bad game, it's got incredible gameplay! But ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ are the story and characters bland as hell...
