The male and female voice acting is amazingly terrible, the female voice actor sounds like ''20 year old suburban girl that goes to starbucks daily and tries to act tough'' and male one seems so less intresting and bad. (my opinion) And I'm wondering is there anyone else kinda annoyed by this?

I think I hate the voice acting of the player characters the most out of anything in the game. Not only the voices, but what they say is just awful.

Exactly. Also when you're interrogating some Lt. and voice actor pushes him/herself too hard to act tough and hostile, it just doesn't really happen, sounds more cringy than serious.
