Retry available if you fail a side mission?

So I had a few side missions and I failed all of them because the time limit is like 60s and in a few you have to get over a mile away and time ticks by very quick. In one, I had to blow some doors where tangos were inside and by the time I managed to clear the top floor, time ran out.

Do I get to do them again or is it gone forever?

Just drive away a good distance and maybe wait a little, they should reappear

You can also die on the site and it will respawn you with the mission available.

Try to die on your own, every time you get resurrected by NPC team-mate
