Controller keeps bugging

Trying to play it on the Xbox controller, buttons keep bugging out and happens in this game only.

Crouch button (B) launching drone instead (D pad up), can't skip cutscenes, hold button actions stop working (doesn't register the hold) and so forth.

Running on Windows 10, standard windows xinput driver for the controller.

Anyone else having this issue? It's making the game unplayable for me.

Hmm, that is interesting. Are you finding any discrepancies when you use keyboard and mouse as well, or does this appear to be isolated to when the controller is connected? As a first step, please try verifying your game files and let me know if the problem keeps up. Thanks!

Oh, so I wasn't the only one. The face buttons are almost fine (but no button is registered as pressed at the initial "press any button" screen). The D-Pad is messy: press up (drone), got nightvision AND the drone. Press down (binoculars), randonly get nightvision, binocular or both. Press right (nightvision) and it flashes quickly and multiple times. And the camera? OH, MAN, it take AGES to spin around with the right stick. It wasn't like that when I played the betas :P

I'm not sure if this will help you, but I had to go into big picture mode and disable the gamepad configuration for non steam controllers for GR Wildlands. I have no issues now..

OMG - Thank you so much. I have been going nuts for the past 6 months with this bug. It also affected my look sensitivity and made it so sporadic. The game is fun and playable once again. I recommend this to anyone with an XBOX One controller like mine or someone using the XBOX 360 controller. Big ups to Tohilokz
