Ghost Recon Wildlands Fatal Error "Untrusted System File... steamclient64.dll"

Having some new issues with Ghost Recon Wildlands. I just upgraded to an SSD so that might have something to do with what's going on, but it only seems to be a problem with that particular game. It fails to launch and displays the message "Untrusted system file (E:\Steam\steamclient64.dll)" Have tried all of the various posted EAC fixes but nothing has worked thus far. I'm using Windows 7 64 bit.

Negative, but the game data is still on the original HDD. Have four HDDs total. Just changed OS from one to the SSD. Hate to do a complete reinstal but might have to give it a go.

That looks more like a Steam file than a Wildlands file. Have you tried updating or reinstalling Steam.

Updating yes, reinstalling no. Really trying to avoid it if possible. Gots a case of the slow internets. Reinstalling Wildlands at present.

Explorer "Easy Anti-Cheat" Untrusted system file (c:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamclient64.dll)

Try uninstall GRW and Steam. Reinstall... always error
