but well you bought it on steam, you should look on steam not uplay,
You're from China; no offense, but could this have anything to do with this?
Not sure if this will work, but what is your Interface Language when you go to Settings > General (in UPlay)?
Nevermind, then. You may need to contact Ubisoft Support[support.ubi.com] for this issue.
You can see here[1drv.ms] that it does work on my screen! :)
also I dont think you can change through uplay because the game was bought and its installed on steam. maybe if you uninstall the game on steam, uplay let you install through there, but idk if its possible.
