Vsync issues.
So I have this issue No matter what the settings are on High, Low ETC...
Get a solid 60FPS. Both ingame Vsync options leave me with a stutter when looking around.
So like other games i Disable the ingame Vsync and FPS limiter and force it Via the Nvidia Control Panel. However unlike most games the control Panel settings seem to have no effect on this one. Still get screen tearing the the FPS is not limited to 60 as it should be. I have confirmed i am Modifying the Correct .exe with the control panel. Its rather frustrating as I am sure Adaptive Vsync Via the control panel will resolve the stutter as it has on gta5,witcher3, watchdogs 2 etc.....
Doesnt matter which Vsync option i choose it never seems to have an effect.
Tried Doing the Changes Both application specific and Globally.

Anyone else experienced this or know why the game seems to be unresponsive to the Nvidia control panel settings. Thanks!

What is the refresh rate of your monitor? Make sure it's set correctly via the display adapter settings.

Try turning off vsync in game, off in control panel, and set the ingame rate to match your monitors. You can also try fast sync to see if that helps though you may see some input lag, although I never have when I use the option.

Also it seems nice to modify and setup specific profiles within the Nvidia control panel for certain games, I've found that keeping one profile (global) has yielded greater results in every game I've played.

Hope this helps.
V-sync is implimented horribly in GRW. As is the refresh rate selection.

I have the same issue OP. Throw on v-sync 24fps. Turn it off, 90+fps.

Grreeaaat. so I basically played the game with awful screen tearing the entire time.

Thanks for the Reply. Yea i went ahead and refunded the game. I will not support shoddy optimazation. Should have no issues with a GTX 1080
