I didn't get the "good ending".

I did every single mission before going after El Sueno and I still got the bad ending. Every buchon, underboss, and head boss was killed/captured/blackmailed/etc. Everything was done but I still got the bad ending. How do I get the good ending?

Same here! Did every mission,side mission! But in the end slap in the face with bad ending!

Is that a requirement for the "good" ending? Are there only 2 endings? I'm pretty deep into the storymode myself, but before I go out of my way to finally finish it, I'd like a headsup myself as to what exactly is required for the "good" ending (and if it can be done in such a way without saying what the "good" ending is, that'd be appreciated)

When you finish it, you get a message to do that mission again, after doing every mission.
It seems to be a bug, got bad ending first time to and a message that i "only" completed 100% from 100%, It seems that they want you to do the last mission twice. I got the good one after i did it a second time.

Did you make sure to do the Ricky Sandoval missions? I had that same issue but i went back to those and then got the good ending.

Yep! I played the s*** out of this game! All the kingslayers files, all weapon (from buchons and from locations) all medals, sidemission etc! The good ending opened up after beating elsueno as alternate video! Disapointment!

redo the mission and you'll get the good ending :D
