How do you find kingslayer files?

Is it just a laborious task of searching or can you do something to make them viewable on the map?

To view your Kingslayer files (essentially documents, recordings, and artefacts that add context to the storyline) you can use the middle mouse button to pull up the specific Kingslayer items in that province.

As for how to increase their presence, or know where they are on maps, its usually a matter of having them display on your mini-map first, then on your Tacmap.

If you identify locations (by flying over or looking at the questionmark above with binos/drone) such as villages, checkpoints and landmarks you can see if there is a file or legend there, it will appear on the map.

What if they aren't at locations? In the first province I have explored every location but have 9/10?

On you minimap, it will show you the kingslayer files. It will look like some type of paper. This is how I find them.

King slayer files appear on you minmap and/or your tac map when you visit the area where they are. Often times you will see a ? mark on the tac map, you go there is says its a grave yard for example. If you zoom in on the map you will almost always find a King Slayer item.

Also if you search for Utube vids almost every province has a vid on exactly where they all are located.

there are a few provinces where king slayer files are not showing up on my radar?? Are these files you have to find at certain locations on the map?? any help appreciated.

for example, in one province it says i have obtained 8 of the 9 files...do i have to keep scouting areas for the file to pop up on my map?? is this what you guys are finding out?? lemme know thx

Kingslayer files are viewable in both maps as long as you have explored the area that you are in.

There is one province, I forget which one that people say there is one file missing. I haven't logged on in quite awhile so I can't remember. I have found them all though.

One i didn't manage to find was in a mine somewhere. Maybe it's the same?

The one in the mine is very confusing, you see it on the map and run up and down the tunnels like a crazy person. As I recall its in a room behind one of the tunnels. Took me over a week to figure that out. I think very close to the back of the tunnel. There are generators and walls and you think the wals are the end of the room and they are not. One of them you can actually crawl behind and its in there. Of course my recollection could be a bit foggy after all the time thats passed since I was in the mine.
