Let the eagles loose
ps: Call in hired guns and a Diversion before you start. Use cars to block the roads and set mines.
So no problem for me.
That stuck trick made the difference !
Exactly what I was going to recomend. ---> ps: Call in hired guns and a Diversion before you start. Use cars to block the roads and set mines.
He will run around and try to join the fight but after the 2nd wave he will take shelter in the room behind the stage.
Before you talk to him:
-Get rebel backup.
-Call in a diversion to man the gate to the left of the stage.
-Go up into the nearby trees on that corner and throw out a bunch of prox mines.
This will keep the 2nd wave at bay.
Start by using mines or an HTI or SR25 Jungle to quickly take out the first wave before they get out of their vehicles. Otherwise he will charge out guns a blazin' into the fray and he's dead. He will try to run to the back when the 2nd wave comes, but the mines and the diversion squad should tie up the sicarios while you mow them down with an LMG. Don't forget to give your squad the order to fire otherwise they will just stand around waiting for you to get shot at. Once he takes shelter, quickly move your focus to the other side. 4-5 guys will come out of the trees. Your AI squad and rebels should make short work of them. Then pivot back to incoming vehicles from the road. Be aware that 4-5 reinforcement vehicles can still stream in even after you've completed the mission.
cant remember if we used rebel backup or not (it is a surefire way to make most missions very easy though), but we put one player on the stage as close protection, and the other player hanging above in a gun bird to take out incoming vehicles and strafe stragglers without leaving the mission guy on his own.
