GR Future Soldier pack. Help

Hi guys, i have GR FS, but only on steam, is there a way to link it with Uplay? So i can unlock my Future Soldier outfit.

If you've launched/played FS from steam then its been already linked to Uplay because you can't launch any Ubisoft game without it being activated on Uplay first.

If you want to confirm just launch Uplay and it will be there in "My games" under "Games" title.
