Game won't install??? Help

I installed a new SSD in my computer and reloaded windows. I got to install Wildlands and it only shows up as 139MB. I get an error that says the .exe is not present. For some reason it will only install the _commonredist folder. All other games look to be able to download the full game, except GR Wildlands. any suggestions?

Did you try to delete it through steam/uplay depending from where you bought it and download it again?

Jon14 could you finally install the full game? If yes then help me out. I'm facing the same problem.
