Future Soldier Costume

So I was just watching a video saying that if you have Future soldier as a registered game on your Ubi account it should unlock that costume for free. Is that not accurate or I'm I getting gipped b/c I do have Future Soldier and it is showing in my list of games on Uplay but that costume is still locked for me.

I have 2 copies of Future soldier in my Uplay account, one from steam and one directly from Uplay. Still the costume won't unlock in WIldlands.

I think this reward is broken and I have contacted Ubisoft support last month about this issue and it's still unresolved. They should have not included this at all if they know it won't work resulting in a scam.

Played both versions for an hour each. still nothing. It's just broken.

Also if they want people to play the old unsupported game, they should change the description from "own the game" "to play for specific amount of time then probably it will unlock".
