you cant, bullets disapear somewhere around 1,6 i'm going to try with 3 friends to see if with someone near that limite the bullet continue to exists. problably not, kinda like GTA they must be hardcoded to cease existance at certain range......in gta at least you could mod it.
As stated already, enemies disappear around that range.

Basically, objects render in around 825m in this game and render out around that distance as well. So, you need someone to hold the enemy(capture in arm) to not make him render out and hold him in certain position.
After that, you get away 2.4km from that guy and start shoot him.
Your buddy holding the enemy can tell you where the bullet lands and you can correct your shot.
That's it.
I don't remember where exactly but it was near one of those "Clear the Building" supply runs near by the forest up, I was looking far downhill from the highest spot in the forest and hit a clean shot in his neck (my friend said it was around head-neck area).
