EMP effect on convoy vehicles is bugged

So let me set the scene for the bug; you've spotted a convoy carrying a resource you want, and the best way to get to it is in a chopper. So you take that route and land around ~150 meters away on a rock ledge near the road and send in the drone to EMP. At first, the vehicles stop moving, but once you return to your character, they immediately start moving again right up until you shoot the convoy truck at least once, or in some cases, just simply get within around 100 meters or less of the convoy.

So yeah, as a PSA, make sure you don't have objects between you and the convoy, because the EMP drone doesn't work on convoys if you're far enough away and can't physically see it.

I could, but knowing how the cartel guys will still try to shoot through the convoy to kill you (or throw grenades), I try to lessen how much damage I personally do to the convoy lol.

Also, level 4 VHC destruction with a bonus medal miiiight be a bit much, if it also affects explosives...
