red blur on minimap

hi m8s tells me he see a red blur on he minimap letting know that there npcs there how do i turn it on

I didn't have to turn anything on for it to appear. As soon as enemies are nearby it should show up

Did you mess with your HUD settings earlier? I've noticed leaving them off, (the markers at least) quitting the game, and then returning changes the setting back to on, but doesn't actually turn them back on, until you apply it again. (Turn off then on again.) Try this with the other settings.

Sometimes they'll report seeing something... but it wont be spotted on the map. It's rare (probably 10% of the time) but I've seen it.

when i go to options hub and look at minimap it shows me the red blur

Are you playing on the highest difficulty? That disables those approximate markers on the map

yes im playing highest diff but he in my game and he still seeing it
