Way to get English subtitles in region locked game?

Seems like I bought a RU/CH region game and for some reason it doesn't provide English subtitles. Is there any way to implement them in the game? Like download them and drop in sub folder?

Original thought was to change subtitles file with English subs file. But I haven't found one. My only guess is to change localization_hc.bin with localization of USA version.

*Your Steam Library folder*\steamapps\common\Wildlands\sounddata\pc

you could upload it to googledocs it will be much faster for everyone but i think, maybe, it could technically be classed as piracy lol

just make a throwaway gmail account for it then you can file and forget it
