Updates/patch. where ??

I have not sen this game being updated via steam yet, and i can't se how to do it via uplay either. its really confusing. can someone help me with this matter please ? Is there a way to make sure the game is updated, or to check for a update manually ?

Do I need to download something myself from their website ? .... im dazed and confused about this :(

My Steam version in game says 2182206... Is that the latest version number?
