PS4 save to PC possible?

Anyone know if it possible to keep my progression on my ps4 and than when I buy it on the PC when I finish my new build this week if there is anyway to carry over the progress done on my ps4 to the pc? I highly doubt it but figured id ask was thinking maybe cuz its on ubisofts servers that it might be possible.

Really didnt want to wait for my parts to come in to play co-oping on my ps4 isnt that fun cuz everyone is an idiot and plays the game like its call of duty or some crap. I really only use my ps4 for sports games and hulu/netflix or any ps4 only titles.

PS4 uses c++ its just the mysql and the servers and .net that are coded different the game code is actually all the same but the way the servers and ♥♥♥♥ are handled are different from the pc to the ps4.

Yeah was thinking this to but really even from open beta the first zone when it was released and I had to replay it was kinda annyoing but maybe thats just cuz I do stealth more than just run and gun like alot of ppl I tried co-oping with on ps4.

Yeah wasnt trying to dis you or anything but I do alil programing in unity but mainy do 3dmax/maya modeling.. I really didnt want to put this game on my workstation rig since workstation gpu and cpu dont work well for games at all but still possible but not the best idea.
