Is there a way to replay story videos?

I beat Pucara and missed the opportunity to watch the video after The Engineer mission. I tryed to replay and it doesnt give the option to rewatch it. Any solution? Nobody who posted it on Youtube watched the video.

Great question. I wanted to know the same thing but I guess nobody has an answer to this.

Open up your Tacmap and press "C" (or scroll all the way out) to reach the Cartel Overview screen. From there, you can find the relevant Buchon and middle-mouse click on their portrait to open a list of every piece of intel from their zone, including cinematics. This also applies to operation heads, who instead list cinematics for each stage of destabilization for their respective branch.
