Sounds like a hardware issue. No signal usually displays when you don't have the card plugged into your screen all the way but you have it turned on.

I've also had this problem. I'll be able to play for a short while, and then my monitors lose signal and I hear sounds start repeating, and my PC is locked up. Only happens on this game.

I have the same issue. Since a while the game gives black screens while playing a few minutes. Other games like GTA V, Watch Dogs or Maffia 3 show no issues at all.
I already reinstalled my pc. Tried Win 10 and Win 7, but no solution. It looks like the problem is with the game and not the components of my pc, while other games play just fine.
Does anyone have a suggestion?

This Problemn still exists !! It existed in the earlier versions of the game and after patching the newest version of Ghost Recon Wildlands today ( 43 GB download ) my computer still suffers the same problem :

After i start any mission in Wildlands the monitor signal shuts off ! Completely !

Not even the illuminated on/off switch of my monitor is lighted any longer.
Pushing the On/OFF switch doesnt turn the monitor on.
Its an 3D ACER Monitor and the resolution is Full HD ( 1920 x 1080 )

I only can solve the problem by pulling out the Electricity Cable and plug it in after a second.
Then i have a picture again and play. Meanwhile i hear the sounds of the game on my headphones. So there is no gamecrash or something.

This ONLY happens with this game !
i play a real big number of different games on my computer and NEVER had this problem before.

Developer have to fix this real big Problem as quick as possile.

My Graphics Card is an NVIDIA geForce 780 GTX Ti
The game runs smooth with 55 fps and the temperature of the GPU is 75 Degrees Celsius stable. So its not a temperature Problem. I run MSI afterburner as a monitor for Temperature and Voltage and it doesnt show any critical data when this problem appears.
Also CPU is working fine ( Intel Core i7 ) with stable 63 degrees celsius.
I am using Windows 7 as Operating System

I have the same issue. its not too bad when it happens on start up but when it happens during a fire fight. Its really frustrating. Turning the monitor on and off usually fixes it. I don't get why it happens to me and none of the people I play with. think it might not like my monitor?

My Acer monitor seemed to be the Problem. After a while the same error happened in other games too. So i decided to buy a new Monitor and voila ! Never had that trouble again in Wildlands. I dont know what causes the turn off, but a new monitor solves the problem.
At least for me.

You should try another Monitor too. If it doesnt solve the Problem for you , you can bring the new Monitor back to the store and receive your money back.

I have had my monitor for about 8 months with no issues. After I installed this game (through Microsoft store) my monitor periodically freezes up with a black screen and red horizontal lines. I can hear whatever I was doing is continuing, but the monitor needs to be turned off and back on to fix it. This happened 4 times, only once while actually playing Wildlands. I tried updating the nvidia driver but it didn't help. I guess I'm going to uninstall this game and then use Display Driver Uninstaller to hopefully fix things?

Hey there,

Sorry to hear that you have been having trouble with your monitor and the game.

If this is persisting then I would recommend to complete the steps in our pc troubleshooting guide[www.ubisoft.com] in full to configure your device for the game.

Any trouble, just let us know.
