What Does Weapon Handling Do?
As the title suggests, what does the Handling stat do? Does it affect recoil, take out/put away speed, stability while aiming, what?

From what I've experienced I think accuracy affects recoil when aiming, I think handling affect how quick you can ready your gun and the weight

Increasing the handling stat decreases that amount that the crosshair spreads when moving the weapon around allowing faster/more accurate shots when in close quarters and hip firing. It may also decrease the time required for the crosshair to settle after movement is stopped but I found it hard to tell.

I've been doing a lot of testing since I last wrote, and I must say I completely agree with your observations. Over the shoulder aim for close combat (aimed, but still 3rd person) is benefitted enormously from having good handling (for turning and manouvering through rooms etc).
I think it affects reload speed. Ive tested on a sniper rifle (MSR) and assault rifle (MK17). I minimized the handling, timed the reload, maxed out handling as much as I could, and timed the reload. There's only about a second difference. I suppose it could vary between weapons and weapon types.

so what dose it do?
Less vertical recoil, less sway, faster reload time, faster aiming down the sight and faster stability when you move crosshair.
