shoulder swap
is there any way to turn off automatic shoulder swapping when i get out of cover or tag an obj, it seems like once my character goes into a state where the camera moves in a certain direction, i come out of the animation (like if i tag things) on my left shoulder. I keep having to shoulder swap back to my right shoulder and its kind of annoying. anyone know what im talking about?>

At least KB/M users get the button press options. They didn't even bother putting a shoulder swap button for the controller users.

Ya I'm getting tired of having to shoulder swap every 5 seconds also.

same here...tired of it, wish I could change it when I wanted to rather than having to change it everytime I running into doorways/walls/taggables

X1/360 controller is right bumper I think.

Exact same as the Division.

it annoys me as well, I wish I could just keep it over the right shoulder, left shoulder feels wierd.

either way, some people like me would rather have an option to stay over the right shoulder, swapping just annoys me, but when I'm looting it doesn't bother me since I am pretty much holstering my weapons then to prevent the swap, but in combat it annoys the hell out of me

Suggestion: Put this to the mods, asking if in a future update they can implement a solution, ie switch auto shoulder swap off like for kyb/ms players.

In the dozens and dozens of games ive played with shoulder swap, ive never seen it implemented like this, where it automatically switches it for you at any moment. How can you be so quick to say it's not a bug?

My 3rd used button in combat is scroll click, right after fire, reload - hell yea it should be optional, devs trying to help players, but they do just the opposite.

Because it's not a bug.Division has the same technique.
And it doesn't wap at any moment. It will only swap if you're in a cover and looking at the opposite side,or there's a enemy on the other side.Once you've aimed your weapon it won't swap.

It will swap when your walking around with your weapon out and you move the camera too far to one side, it will also always swap when your tagging supplies and have your weapon out while doing so.

I've played the division and they don't at all have the same shoulder swap mechanics as this game.
