[Solved] Enquiry regarding installation
I have the 30 GB (approx) size of the data of the game's Open Beta release still available on my HDD.

My question is, whether I need to download the full 40 GB (approx) data again, while the game is preloading, or will it continue with whatever is remaining (ie, 10 GB approx) to be installed?

Don't even bother preloading it doesn't make it any faster. Infact in most cases it will take longer depending on your internet.

I preloaded the open beta, it took 15-20 minutes to pre load but almost an hour to install.

Just a few hours ago I installed Total War:Warhammer completely in 30 minutes. People can tell you all they want that the games do not install as they download, but they do. You can watch the HDD activity and the network activity being active at the same time in the manage downloads screen. Pre loading is a wate of time unless you have extremely slow internet.

the open beta client is useless now.

the released product is different so you have to redownload.

there was a confirm about this from a Ubi official, but i forgot where i read it, i dont remember its this forum or the ubisoft forum. but i'll repeat, the beta client is useless.
