Pre-Load and/or Upgrade Beta Install

Do we have any confirmation when we will be able to pre-install (admittedly I bought the Ubisoft version not the steam version)? Secondly do we know if we'll be able to save ~18GB of downloading and simply upgrade the beta files?

On the Ubisoft Forums someone replied that they had recieved this email when buying the game from Ubisoft -

Your game will be available automatically on release day through your Uplay PC game library.
Be sure to check in on Uplay PC in the days leading up to release for pre-loading of your game, meaning less waiting on release day!

1. Preload starts at 5th of march
2. No one knows, it might happen that the beta files will be incompatible with full version.
In that case, full download

1.according to the tradition of Ubisoft games on steam,it's sure to have a pre-load.like AC Syndicate,the Division.
2.i participated in the Division beta. and you cant update the beta client to the release version,so im afraid you will have to download the whole new client and delete the beta
