The good news is that from what optics I could get in game now, is they seem to be really spot on from their real-world versions. There were no adjustments available for elevation or windage. However, the recitals were spot on and accounting for bullet drop at range was a simple holdover.
On other thing noticed was that optics that should have a variable power were not adjustable. So, no zoom in on scopes that should do that. The fixed power optics seemed to be spot on.
The RDS/Magnifiers, Elecan Spetre, and Coyote red dot all had toggle options.
IMO the sniper rifles have massively increased drop compared to the IRL versions- the ACOG's BDC on the M40A5 was hitting around the 400M mark at a range of 250M, but it was very consistant.
