Recording gameplay after patch 4

Before patch 4 I could record gameplay with any software, no problem, but after said patch nothing works anymore, recordings are extremely laggy no matter what software I use.
I have currently tried OBS Studio, Geforce Experience, Manycam and the Game mode recorder in Windows 10, but it's all the same result.

Game plays smoothly with no issues on my computer, but any recordings made is extremely laggy.

Does anyone else experience this issue?
Any solutions?
I have tried to search the issue online with no luck.

odd mines fine and I use the share program that comes with geforce experience. Having said that mines an I7 with a 1070. Could be that. Not sure m8 but thats a bugga.
