Provinces complete... profile says otherwise.

Hi there - I have collected *all* of the collectables in all provinces but when I go to my ghost recon profile it says I've only completed 17. Has anyone encountered this? I've killed all the bosses, found Sandoval, both endings..

I have not. In fact there are still a ton of them across the map. But I still have 17 completed?

Discover them all and then see what it says.

I have this same issue. 17 provinces complete and 2 more to go. All missions complete, all rebel ops missions complete, all question marks exposed. The map is clear other than convoys. My friend shows 115 percent complete, mine shows 100 percnet complete. Provinces Discovered 100 percent, Completed missions 106, Side Missions 8, Files 204, Weapons 70, Achievements 42, I can not find anything that tells me how to finish the final 2 provinces.

Is there any point doing rebel ops when it says completed when you hover over them?
