Again, just like I told RoXria, you're not exactly getting what I am saying. I am not OP, and was not complaining so much about a transgender character.
I called it degeneracy, sure. Because it kind of is. After the "tolerant" left is done with transgender normalization, they're going to gravitate towards people like pedophiles. In fact, some already have. That is definitely degeneracy, and I do not enjoy that.
Regardless, I was not complaining about it like OP was. The developers of course do not owe me a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ thing aside from whatever I paid for for a product. I am all for that.
But your emotional response to my OPINION, my tiny little opinion in a sea of opinions in the massive information ocean that is the internet, is so funny because it shows just how invested you are in the topic ( which normally is a valiant and good thing). But you are so blinded by your emotions that you cannot stop and read and understand what my words meant, you just want to hate for not conforming to your own belief.
I like the content of the game, I will continue to play it. I am sure that there will be more transgender characters created for video games in the future, that is fine. As long as a video game, especially one by a AAA developer/publisher, isn't trying to push a political agenda down my throat in place of gameplay, then I do not care and am fine with that! I know the world is full of things I don't like. Funny how you tell me that, and then tell me to take my opinion elsewhere, because you aren't yet capable of accepting the world is full of things you don't like. The FACT of the matter ( don't you dare reinvent the meaning of that word, revising definitions is a very very dangerous game, my friend) is that my words, especially here, cannot hurt people. You telling me that is an outright lie.
But glad you could mistake my words for hatred or something, then insult me. Glad to see you have the mental capacity to perform that.
Maybe it was my mistake to say that, especially regarding Ubisoft games. But when they make female characters for games solely because there was an outcry by a tiny population that, statistically, doesn't even PLAY video games so often, I think that's a little silly. It is also silly to get upset over a single transgender character in a video game, because they are a very small aspect of this game, not a main one. Like RoXria also said, the vast majority of characters in this game are not transgender, just like in real life.
Ironically, you actually come across as mentally ill. ♥♥♥♥ off.
And yeah, I can understand "the effects my words can have on people and reinforce others in a negative way". I like to think I'm at least kind of intelligent. Kind of a lazy person, which I think is a terrible thing and a form of stupidity, but otherwise, I'm alright in the brain department.
But please do tell, what are those effects? If anything, am I not bolstering your resolve? You find someone who opposes your beliefs, you should at least be able to back them up and tell the other person why you are right and how they are wrong. From there, it's a matter of whether or not the argument is worthwhile and persuasive. However, here I am telling you that I don't think my particular words here, and certainly not the opinion I hold in my head, is harming anyone right now. And if it does, then maybe that person shouldn't be on the internet, because being exposed to new things, and things that don't agree with you, is natural to the Web. Isn't that true?
Also, I've never watched Info Wars, I think the guy is a hack. And I didn't mention Trump at all, didn't vote for him either. But, I've noticed, you've got a lack of argument here. I've seen articles, maybe opinion pieces sure, but actual journalists trying to write pieces over how pedophiles are normal human beings and shouldn't be stigmatized so much. Certainly it's not a movement that's picked up very much momentum yet, after all, homosexuals and transgender people are still in the spotlight. But I believe that will come. Simply my opinion, and frankly, I don't like pedophiles. Good for any that try and kill their sex drives and not harm any children, but they are mentally damaged, and any ♥♥♥♥♥♥ who tries to tell me they're normal and that it's ok to be attracted to a child can go to hell.
SJW STOP.... your very angry and need to chill. your rant has nothing to do with anything he said. what are you so angry for?
And yeah, there are female coders. That's good, that's fine. Transgender ones? Fine, cool. I'm not scared of these things, quit trying to go all ad hom on me. You are so ignorant yourself, you are stonewalling what my words are saying and simply running through the motions you go through whenever you find anyone who doesn't adher to your beliefs.
"you just don't understand it and are scared of it"
"ha, i bet you like trump"
etc etc, trying to write me off as someone who isn't worth arguing. You are part of the problem, even to your own proclamation of tolerance. YOU get bent
