Before i get crashes, the screen messes up my graphics

As you can see from the link, full screen dx reset calls are handled differently. This won't help you fix ♥♥♥♥, but you'll at least discover more about the issue. Be assured that what you're seeing (dx reset) isn't as bad as you think it is. That's just the point of where you crashed.
You can also (re)install directX from the game's folders. Right click the game in the library, properties and browse local files. Inside Wildland's folder you'll see a common_redist folder with DirectX and the setup (amidst a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ of .cab files) Whilst this also may not fix ♥♥♥♥, it's at least something to do that won't take long.

Lower your game settings to high.
Time to get some more ram in your pc. 16gb is minium with new games.
