I just want the winterfest DLC off my account

I've been trying to get rid of the winterfest dlc. I refunded the season pass on steam but ubisoft still has yet to remove it from my account it makes it unbearable and unplayable because of the lag and all the debris. The popping up randomly pillars are the biggest culprit.

I contacted ubisoft support on the 31st. theres been 0 response my ticket hasn't been looked at. I haven't been able to play the game since the 30th. I already refunded it, I got my refund, I contacted their support I didn't spend or use anything from the DLCs, I'm waiting for them to remove it so I won't have issues with my account or game.

Literally all I want is for the DLC I refunded to be removed from my steep game so I can play it again. That way I can buy the dlcs I actually DO want and avoid winter fest all together.

Does anyone know of any other way to contact support? because no one I know is getting any of their tickets answered. So I'm not sure if their support on site actually works.
