The Problem (STEEP)

I have a problem. Some clothes are not seen in the SHOP .For example I'm bought CAPTAIN STEEP's some equipment and clothes.I saw another CAPTAIN STEEP's cloth. And I wanna got this. When I'm click to buy , the game sent me to the SHOP.I'm surf the Shop but I can't find it.

And the other problem is this , I did the challange I'm realy sure I'm got YETİ Costume and I'm realy excited for this when I'm click F1 to use the costume. The Yeti Costume wasn't my inventory either. And some of my equipments,clothes,gloves... are in the same condition my inventory.

If you know how to fix this problem , please tell me CAUSE I REALLY NEED HELP
