I can see that the team got back to you to ask you for some further details around your game. If you can provide when with that, then they can continue to assist you with that.
Unfortunately our support staff here are only able to provide assistance in English. If you are able to provide a translation of this, then we can take a look at it for you.

I had bought a game (Rainbow Six Siege) from steam and it won`t load. I have linked my Uplay Account to my Steam account and the message "There was a problem authenticating the ownership of this product." just keeps showing when it tries to bind the steam version to Uplay.
To help us look into this for you, we'd ask you to speak with the team through one of the channels below:

- Ubisoft SupportUbisoft Support can perform game transfers only in exceptional circumstances, and only ever as a courtesy. Transferring a game means losing all progression, in-game items, save data and in-game currency (etc).
If you'd like us to investigate the possibility of transferring your game, please contact us using one of the methods stated by my colleague Baron just above your recent posts.
