ya ya... goddess plumage but dammit, i have over a 10 of them and the good doctor is still asking me for those plumage,

So, i am assuming that i am missing something else? If that isnt the case, does anyone have a save file after this quest?

...you need to take one out of the storage (there's an option for that at the terminal when relevant) and then talk to him you know.
